ਵੀ.ਐੱਫ.ਐੱਸ ਗਲੋਬਲ - ਉਹ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ‘ਤੇ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੀਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਡੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਜਾਂ ਓ ਸੀ ਆਈ (OCI) ਕਾਰਡ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਅਕਸਰ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਕਈ ਤਰਾਂਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜੁੜਦੀ ਹੈ - ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਪਾਇੰਟਮੈਂਟ ਲੈਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਨਾਲ਼ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਆਓਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਫਾਈਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਟਾਫ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਲੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਚਾਰਜ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਣਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਬਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਗਲਤੀ ਵੀ.ਐੱਫ.ਐੱਸ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ — ਫਾਰਮ ਅਧੂਰੇ ਹੋਣਾ, ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਗਲਤ ਅੱਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨਾ ਜਾਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਪੜ੍ਹਨਾ, ਅਕਸਰ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਝਲਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ 'ਨਾ-ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਵਾਲ਼ੇ' ਪਾਸੇ ਲੈ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
